Hey, I’m Devon, 24, born and raised in Alton, IL. When I got my first tattoo I fell in love with the art form of tattooing. I apprenticed under Chris Hinkle for 2 years and have been fortunate to be surrounded by talented artists. My main goal in tattooing is to be a well round artist and grow and learn every day in the years to come.
